Caesar has a taste for the best, which extends to his cyberware. Little of it is obvious, but with muscle and reflex augmentation, top-of-the-line cybereyes, and retractable razors in each hand, he's a formidable combatant.
During the 2058 mob war, the runners delivered Aldo “Al the Squid” Burke, a member of the Bigio family, to him for torture and execution after framing the brothel-runner for the destruction of the Ciarniello family's Lucky Lounge casino in east Touristville.
