Costs
The GM may give a player a Knock as the consequence of a Cost on their roll. The GM may then redeem the Knock on any of that player's future rolls to apply Disadvantage to the roll, which may be described as resulting from any possible narrative concern. A particular Knock may only be used once, and is then discarded. A Knock may be redeemed by the GM on rolls made in or out of combat.
